tea can go for a toss as there are healthier ways of staying awake for students. Sleepy students can now try acupressure to help them stay awake in class. A tap on the top of the head or a massage on the back of the neck for several minutes releases a chemical called endorphin in the brain, say researchers, making the sleepy come ‘to life’!
